Refund policy
We hope you have a wonderful shopping experience at Mwxnepower. We stand behind all the products we sell. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we've made the return process very easy.
1.Cancel The Order
We accept cancellations for any reason at any time before the product is shipped. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
If a product is out of stock or the address you enter is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a reply after 7 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the order.
If your order is deemed high-risk by our payment system, we will contact you by email. We hope that you can provide some evidence in the email to prove that the credit card you used belongs to you and that the order was placed voluntarily by you without any accidents or mistakes. If we do not receive a reply after 7 days, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the order.
2.Return & Exchange conditions
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you will be responsible to pay the return delivery fee.
Some items cannot be returned:
- Items not purchased on mwxnepower.com
- Items you have modified/assembled/used
- Misuse/abuse/accidental damage/damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
- Unauthorized modification/repair/disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
- Gift card or free gift
- Items sold in bundles at a discounted price or clearance products, such as "2 for $300" (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" "Clearance Sale" on the sales page
However, these exceptions do not apply if your item is damaged or defective. In this case, you can contact support@mwxnepower.com and we will cover the shipping costs. We'll handle it and work with you to find the best solution.
If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.
3. Return shipping costs :
The shipping cost for returning the products will be borne by MWXNE or the customer in the following situations.
When MWXNE Pays For Return Shipping
Examples include:
- The item was damaged during shipping or warehouse handling
- The product arrives defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts
- The incorrect item was received
- We shipped it to the wrong address
- We shipped a duplicate order.
Special Case Explanation: In cases where a product has quality issues, users are required to return it to the designated MWXNE warehouse in the United States, and MWXNE will cover the shipping costs. However, if the user's return address differs from the original shipping address (for example, if the shipping address was within the United States, but the return address is in a remote or international location), resulting in shipping costs that exceed MWXNE's initial shipping costs, the user will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
IMPORTANT:
- For items that arrive damaged or are defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.
- If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide a proof before return, with no exceptions.
- If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item if the customer finds that to be the easier solution so you don’t have to ship a large bulky item back.
- Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 workdays.
When the Customer Pays For Return Shipping
In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer. Fees vary by region.
4. Return Address:
Please note that returns require contacting customer service via email (support@mwxnepower.com) to obtain a return address.
NOTE: Do not ship products until you have received proper safety instructions on how to ship them.
5. Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the customer will automatically receive a refund within 3 business days in the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
